Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Warm and cheesy spinach artichoke dip, perfect to bring to a party!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ package Frozen spinach thawed, drained and chopped
  • 1 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts not marinated
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¾ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise I like olive oil mayo, but any will do
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flake
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F/176°C
  • Combine all ingredients (minus the second parmesan) in a bowl and mix together until evenly mixed. You can do this in a mixer or by hand!
  • Place mixture in and oven safe dish that you will use for serving, top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes until parmesan is golden brown on the top
  • Serve hot with fresh bread or crackers!
