Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Warm and cheesy spinach artichoke dip, perfect to bring to a party!

- ½ package Frozen spinach thawed, drained and chopped
- 1 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts not marinated
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese softened
- ¾ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise I like olive oil mayo, but any will do
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red pepper flake
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350°F/176°C
Combine all ingredients (minus the second parmesan) in a bowl and mix together until evenly mixed. You can do this in a mixer or by hand!
Place mixture in and oven safe dish that you will use for serving, top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes until parmesan is golden brown on the top
Serve hot with fresh bread or crackers!
